Competitive Classes

Junior classes are for children school year 6 & under.

Intermediate classes are for children school year 9 & under.

Senior classes are for those age 18 or under before 31/08 in competition year.

Specialist Recitalist – These highly competitive classes are for the more advanced musician and adjudications will reflect this. All entrants are expected to choose a suitable programme and demonstrate a real sense of performance.

Entrants are permitted to enter competitive classes in advance of their age but cannot then enter their age class on the same instrument.

Young Adult Showcase: Instrumental and Vocalist	Aged 18-23 in competition year. The 1st prize winner will be awarded a prize of £100 in the form of two paid recitals in local venues.	20 mins	Registration Open
